If you’ve been following along with me on Instagram, you know what an incredible engagement session I recently had along the coast in Portsmouth and Rye, NH. And with my recent move from Boston — up the coast one hour to Portsmouth — it was like the perfect welcome home to explore and shoot around with these two.
As true Portsmouthians, Tara and Matt opted for an engagement session that would represent the place they’ve called home (and where they’ll get married!) — all before they make a big move out to Indiana next month. From Prescott Park, to the North Church steeple that distinguishes Market Street, to the beaches of Rye — we did it all!
Is it cliché to say that these two were a dream to work with?! (YES, totally cliché, but SO true!) Tara is such a sweetheart and Matt has a great fun-loving sense of humor that kept us laughing throughout the entire engagement session. And clearly, they’re amazing together and so naturally in love.
They’ll be back to Portsmouth next June for their downtown church wedding, followed by a reception at the Seacoast Science Center. CAN’T WAIT! Until then, enjoy a few of my faves! xoxo
Love locks in Portsmouth, and they literally threw out the keys. ❤
Best way to end any engagement session?! Champagne. 🍾
Thanks for having me, you two! Safe travels and happy move next month — can’t wait to see you next June!! xoxoxo
